I've been had!

Twice, as a matter of fact!

Late last week, the maintenance guy that comes once a week at our store, came to ask me for a cash advance. I don't usually do this but he gave me some sob story about his hungry children and so I prepaid him the following week's pay. Would you believe that he didn't show up this AM???

On the same day, one of our tenants shows up handing me the keys to her apartment trying to explain to me in her broken English (she is Vietnamese) that her husband left and she cannot pay the rent. Now, normally, you cannot just pack and go. You are still responsible for the lease. But when she started sobbing, I began to really feel sorry for her. So today, we went to check out the apartment and put it on the market for rent and what do we find?!? She didn't even pack her stuff. She just literally went! It cost us over $600.oo for the 1-800-GOT-JUNK guys to come clear it all out!

So now we are out $650.00 and we still have a dirty store and a messy apartment!

Hay Susie,

I tried to email you but for some reason I could not pull it up through your profile. Mia is little. She weighs about 22 pounds and is about 33 inches tall. At Gymboree she is in an 18 to 24 month. If it is a shirt I will get her a bit bigger just to get some extra wear out of it-- like a 2T but that is about as big as I can go. Dresses I can sometimes do a 2T as well but it just depends. Mia is skinny so in pants I cant even get her the 18-24 unless the waste is adjustable. If there is an adjustable waste then I will get 18-24 if not I will sometimes still buy that big and take in the waste or I will just get her a 12-18 month. So, you will probably be ok in a dress with a 2T, shirt 2T and pants-- depends but I would say 18-24 month-- 2T in pants are huge!!

Let me know if that answers your question or if you have any more let me know. Hope you get lots of cool stuff!!!

Christy :)
